RYAEI EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM

YOUTH EMPLOYMENT

Our employment program works with people from refugee and migrant backgrounds in brown County to engage in training, and employment services and gain employment. The program aims to promote the value and enablers that support the diversification of the workforce.

 1. LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS

Since most of the youth refugees and immigrants in our community are multilingual people (they can speak more than one language), RYAEI made a SWOT analysis of that situation, it was clear for us to confirm that we can work as a bridge to provide interpreters to other organizations or companies that need both virtual and in-person interpreters. Our interpreters are well-trained and they know the duty of confidentiality. RYAEI has signed the agreements on ethics and confidentiality that hold the individual liable in case of any breach. This program helps our youth to have work experience and expand their network. For the gook work that our youth are able to do, they have the great opportunity of selling our trust.
