Our Vision

Is to empower African refugees in Northeast Wisconsin for their economic, spiritual, and cultural integration, enabling them to thrive together.

Our Mission

Is to support African refugees by building communities that connect and equip them. We empower individuals through mentorship, education, and economic training, fostering integration while honoring their heritage.

Our Story

Since 2020 a few families from Come to Jesus Ministries church had been assisting African refugees in NE Wisconsin.   In 2022 the decision was made to formalize and expand these efforts.   With the help of some friends from Green Bay Community Church, Sawa Sawa Collective (formerly RYAEI) was formed as a non-profit.  The heart and motivation of this organization is based on the hope we have in Jesus Christ and sharing this hope by many different means with refugees and immigrants.

At Sawa Sawa Collective, we're raising funds and promoting initiatives to serve refugees and immigrants in NE Wisconsin. Please join us by supporting our non-profit organization to make a measurable difference in the lives of others.
